Why respectedsir.com?
As a faculty member in an Indian educational institute, I routinely receive emails from students that begin with the salutation "Respected Sir". I have found this practice amusing and archaic. According to this ELL StackExchange answer, this salutation was considered old-fashioned even in 1890!
For my personal blog, I wanted a domain name that was personal and memorable. Respectedsir.com fit the bill .
